Meeting opened. Secretary's report read and approved.

On appropriating money for the convention, Ed Zuzgo talked to Keough.  Little or no chance of getting the money.  Possibility of going with group from Springfield.  Check with Brad Bryant if interested.

We voted to accepted two chapters into national.

Open house - Jim Leonard asked for volunteers to put up signs.  Ed Green, Jim Hirtle, Bob Howard.

Info booth to run 12:00-5:00 Saturday, 9:00-1:00 Sunday.

Hirtle spoke on banquet.  Also gave sorely needed dressing down on attendance at functions.  Tickets to be sold next meeting for banquet.

Outing at Frank's.  Show of hands at next meeting on those expecting to go.  Questions raised as to whether trip voted on.  Decided it was previous to these records.

Newsletter brought up/deferred to next time with new offices.

A question raised as to who is Alumni Secretary?  Who is it?

Voted to hold elections, despite only 11 member quorum.  Art Leyland nominated and accepted to run elections

Russell brought up service project.  Move outhouse, Mount Toby, to a new location.  Referred to a committee handled by Hirtle to check further.

Car Wash - Posted must be into Howie King by Friday. Also suggested that Pat hurry up getting hydrant.
